Makes a duplicate of anything you’ve selected and puts it on the Clipboard.
Copy works on whatever you’ve selected
(text, boxes, legends, graphics, or a combination of these). You can then save the copied material in the Scrapbook or paste it immediately into some other part of your document, or into a second document.
If the copied selection is a task or group of tasks, task information and dependency lines will also be copied. Use Duplicate to copy objects without task information.

Places a copy of whatever is in the Clipboard at the insertion point, or in the middle of the screen if there isn’t an insertion point.
If you paste a legend into a chart other than the Schedule Chart, only the graphic part of it is pasted, not the names of its attributes. If you paste one Schedule Chart into another Schedule Chart, all task information and dates are retained.
You can also paste text into any text box in a dialog box.
